Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all sales of blank garments and printing services provided by Printed.Clo.

  • By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms in full.

  • We may update these Terms at any time; the most recent version will always be available on our website.

2. Products & Services

  • We supply blank garments and apply custom printing using multiple customisation methods

  • Product descriptions, images and colours are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly depending on screen settings, fabric batches, or manufacturing changes.

  • Special garment requests outside our catalog are subject to availability and may affect turnaround times and pricing.

3. Orders & Approvals

  • Orders must be confirmed in writing (e.g., email or message) before production begins.

  • A mock-up or proof will be provided for all custom designs; approval is required before printing unless you provide a mock-up yourself

  • Once approved, no changes can be made without additional cost.

  • Quantities and sizing should be checked carefully by the client before approval; errors after approval are the client’s responsibility.

4. Pre-Orders & Custom Stock Requests

  • Pre-orders and custom stock sourcing require full upfront payment.

  • These payments are non-refundable once stock has been ordered.

  • Lead times for pre-orders may be longer than standard due to sourcing or overseas suppliers.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.

  • A full payment is be required before production begins; outstanding balances must be cleared before dispatch.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

6. Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround is typically 7–21 working days from approval and/or payment, depending on order size and garment availability.

  • All turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or client approval times are outside our control but will be communicated promptly.

7. Delivery & Collection

  • Orders can be shipped UK-wide via tracked courier or collected by arrangement.

  • Risk of goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.

  • All orders must be checked within 48 hours of receipt; any issues must be reported promptly with photo evidence.

8. Printing & Quality

  • Minor variations in print placement, size (within 1–2cm), or colour can occur due to the nature of garment printing and are not considered faults.

  • Client-supplied artwork must meet print specifications; we are not liable for print issues caused by poor-quality artwork.

  • Recommended care instructions (e.g., wash inside-out, low temperature, avoid tumble drying) must be followed; damage from improper care is not covered.

    9. Colour Representation

  • Colours displayed on digital screens (mock-ups, proofs, or catalog images) can appear brighter or slightly different to the final printed product due to backlit displays, screen calibration, and the natural texture of fabrics.

  • While we aim for the closest possible colour match, slight differences are considered normal and are not classed as faults.

10. Bulk Order Variations

  • Reorders may vary slightly in colour due to changes in dye batches or supplier stock.

  • We recommend ordering extras if exact colour matching is critical.

11. Client-Supplied Garments

  • We do not guarantee results when printing on client-supplied garments.

  • Printing is done at the client’s own risk; we are not liable for damage or rejection due to fabric incompatibility.

12. Blanks Supply Only

  • We supply blanks without printing where requested.

  • Minimum order quantities may apply.

  • We are not responsible for any third-party printing or alterations done to these blanks after purchase.

13. Samples

  • Samples are chargeable and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

14. Artwork Storage & Reprints

  • We store approved artwork files for up to 12 months; after this, reprints may require new setup.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to retain their own copies of artwork files.

15. Social Media & Marketing

  • We reserve the right to share photos/videos of completed work on our social channels unless the client requests confidentiality (e.g., pre-launch projects).

  • Requests for privacy must be made in writing before production begins.

16. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once garments have been ordered or printing has begun.

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered for faulty or incorrectly supplied items; proof may be required.

  • Sizing issues are not considered faults; size guides are available in our catalog for reference.

17. Force Majeure / External Delays

  • We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including supplier shortages, courier delays, strikes, or natural events.

  • We will communicate any such delays as soon as possible.

18. Intellectual Property

  • Artwork provided by the client remains the client’s property.

  • Original artwork created by us remains our property unless purchased outright.

  • We may retain copies of designs for portfolio or future reprints unless requested otherwise.

19. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, missed deadlines, or costs incurred due to errors or delays.
